Thank you for purchasing from JacJac Consulting. This policy covers all digital products sold at jacjacconsulting.store, including:

1. Digital products are non-returnable

Our products are delivered as instant digital downloads, so they can’t be “returned” the way a physical item can. All sales are final once the files have been downloaded or accessed, and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file delivered.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us at info@jacjacconsulting.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Please read each product description carefully before you buy, including what’s included the file formats and the software you’ll need (for example Microsoft Excel or Word). If you have questions before buying, email us and we’ll gladly help.

2. Professional disclaimer

They do not replace professional accounting, audit or legal advice, and they do not guarantee any particular audit outcome, compliance status or regulatory result. Whether a product “worked” in an audit or review is not grounds for a refund.

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We’re committed to resolving problems quickly and fairly, and most issues can be fixed within a day.
